I received a damaged or defective product. Can I get a refund?Tap to expand
Yes. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please keep the item in its original packaging and include the invoice or proof of purchase. After inspection and approval, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–4 weeks from the day we receive the return.

Will my VAT be refunded when my products are returned?Tap to expand
For UAE orders, the 5% VAT charged at checkout is refunded after your return is processed. For international orders, any customs duties, local taxes, or VAT paid in your country are not refundable by Almarjan Store.
Can I return a product if I changed my mind?Tap to expand
Absolutely. You may return unused products within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are in their original packaging with proof of purchase—so you can shop with confidence.
How long does courier collection of returns take?Tap to expand
- UAE Orders: Usually within 3 working days (up to 1 week during peak times or public holidays).
- International Orders: Typically 10–25 working days, depending on location and public holidays.
Can I exchange an item?Tap to expand
- UAE Orders: Exchanges are available within 30 days if items are unused and in original packaging.
- International Orders: Exchanges aren’t currently available. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Do you offer free shipping in the UAE?Tap to expand
Yes—Almarjan Store offers free shipping across the UAE on orders above AED 300. Orders below AED 300 incur a standard delivery fee at checkout.
